I dont have a mic for my PC yet so I dont know if they would hear me, but I have heard other players in PC online, just not very often. Not only this, but because Online is far more fluid and open ended than singleplayer, they’d need just as much if not more voice lines for each available voice. It’s hard to project on a character with a voice because having them speak gives them the ability to form their own thoughts and opinions and personality. Giving them voices sort of divorces that.
